Monthly Maintenance Plans
Why choose a Monthly Service Plan? There are lots of reasons but here’s a few:
1) You will have priority; our monthly customers are always first in line!
2) By having your computer serviced monthly you will never notice a slow down, it will always run at its max capability.
3) We do it all remotely! That means you never have to leave your house or place of business to get your computer worked on (high speed internet connection required). Usually the only exceptions to that would be if your computer is having an issue connecting to the internet or if you’re having a hardware issue.
4) *If you do have an issue before your next scheduled service all you have to do is call, you go right to the front of the line! If we determine you are having a hardware issue you will have to get the computer to us but again, you go to the front of the line.
So for an average cost of $25 a month or less for each computer you’d like to set up for monthly service your computer worries are over. You just worry about using it and let us worry about keeping it running smoothly!

*Depending on the nature and the time involved in fixing a unique problem between services it may count as one of your monthly services but it won’t cost you anymore out of pocket money unless you have a hardware problem. In the case of hardware that needs to be replaced you would have the expense of the replacement hardware and there may be some labor fees involved depending on the situation. These things are determined on a case by case basis. The one thing you can always count on is we will treat you fairly and we will always tell you everything up front so if you do have to spend any money you will know ahead of time, not after the fact.
